With planners fluent in English, Spanish, and French, we are especially experienced in supporting multicultural clients and navigating traditions, customs, and expectations with sensitivity and respect.

As the founder of Kiss & Say I Do Events, Karla brings over a 15 years of experience in weddings and event planning, along with a deep appreciation for cultural nuance and meaningful traditions. Proudly Venezuelan and Costa Rican, her heritage shapes a thoughtful, inclusive approach to every celebration she leads.
Karla began planning events in 2010, and after producing her first wedding in 2015, Kiss & Say I Do Events was born. Today, she serves as Founder and Director of Events, guiding events across Vero Beach and Central Florida, while overseeing the brand’s bi-coastal vision.
Known for her calm presence, attention to detail, and ability to lead with grace under pressure, Karla is deeply committed to creating planning experiences that feel supportive, organized, and genuinely personal.

Noelia brings creativity, structure, and exceptional interpersonal skills to her role as Lead Planner for Los Angeles and Southern California. With a background as an educator and performer, she thrives in environments centered around connection, collaboration, and celebration.
Born and raised in Spain, Noelia is fluent in Spanish, French, and English, making her a natural fit for multicultural and international clients. Since joining the Kiss & Say I Do Events team in 2022, she has become an integral part of our California presence, leading weddings and events with precision, warmth, and enthusiasm.
